Shipping

Equipment is shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. If there is a need to get your equipment sooner, please let us know.  We will do all in our power to accommodate your request.

We are currently shipping to the continental USA only. If you have other requests, please let us know.

Restocking Fee

There is a 20% restocking fee applied to all items returned for refund. Please make sure you are ordering the correct equipment.

Shipping Costs

When shipping an item for return, the customer will take full responsibility for delivering the equipment to us and thus coordinating insurance on such equipment with the shipping company. Any and all freight costs are the full responsibility of the customer to get the equipment back to NVT.  NVT assumes no responsibility for undelivered equipment or equipment delivered defective, broken or in any other form other than the original shipment. Any shipping costs which the customer might incur are non-refundable.

Refusal of Returns

NVT reserves the right to refuse any return in which the product is not in its original form, with its original accessories. Products that are determined to have been damaged by the customer will also be denied for return. Please make sure that the equipment is returned in its original form.

Credit Card Refunds

Before credit card charges are refunded for returned equipment, the equipment must be stocked and properly processed.  This process might cause the issuance of credit card refunds to take up to 30 days from receipt of equipment in our warehouse, depending on processing constraints 

Special Orders

Special orders are non-refundable unless the reason is the fault of NVT.

Store credits or exchanges

There are no store credits or exchanges. You may return equipment within 14 days of delivery and NVT will issue a refund to the customer credit card account.

Warranties

There is a 90-day warranty on all equipment unless otherwise noted. This warranty is provided by NVT.

Customer pays to have equipment shipped back to NVT. The customer does not pay any shipping to return repaired or replaced equipment unless they want it expedited.

***Warranty disclaimer: In case of a warranty request, NVT will not be responsible beyond the original purchase price of any one item or combination of items. NVT has the right to repair, replace or refund defective items sent back by right of warranty and which comply with the guidelines of the warranty redemption.

Term of Sales

We only take credit cards orders. NVT is currently accepting:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

NVT reserves the right to take any measures allowed by law necessary to prevent loss from unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Also, NVT may refuse to fulfill or ship any order for any reason whatsoever allowed by law and, as such, at no time will it be held liable for actions of this nature.

In no event shall NVT or any affiliates or owners of said company be liable monetarily or otherwise for special, indirect, exemplary, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever arising out of use of this site, not limited whatsoever to the type of use.

Also, in no event shall NVT or any affiliates or owners of said company be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of the products sold on its site, NOT limited to any products whatsoever.

By buying products from NVT, through any medium or by using said site in any way whatsoever, you acknowledge terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not buy any products from out site or through any other method of purchasing, otherwise, and please discontinue use of this site immediately and refrain from entering said site whatsoever. Also, discontinue communication with said company.  The Agreement must be construed as if both parties jointly wrote it, governed by Ohio law.
